Before installing the floor, I would install a vent, on the back or side of the home for future Radon gas venting. Then if necessary in the future all you have to do is add the vent fan. If incorporated into you exterior wall, fan could go in the attic and vent stack threw the roof.

Yeah. I agree with Cub. I am also from ontario , Delta MS membrane diverts water away from the walls directly to the weeping tile. Otherwise counseling with a good builder is also a good option.
