New Hottest Pepper

my brother likes to cook korean food, is it possible to add it to salads or pasta

Bhut Jolokia was the hottest but this is the new king of hot. I can't eat hot but my wife got her name listed in a local restaurant that served hot wings (d.o.a. it was called).
I read somewhere really hot food causes liver & kidney damage.
To me hot all I get is heat and no flavor.

The hottest pepper I've ever eaten can be bought at your local grocery store. That's hot enough for my tastes.

That and Frank's Hot Sauce.
