BX25
The BX25 now has a new home:thumbsup:. The BX has earned a new place to live......I've said it before, this is one hard working machine, from cutting the pad to speading 100+ tons of limestone the new 30' X 40' Cleary polebarn is complete. If anyone has plans on building a new polebarn I would strongly recommend Cleary they did an great job:thumbsup:

Looks great! Mind if I ask for the size, the price, and how much you did yourself?

Take it from me, it will fill up fast. I built a 1500sq ft building, the problem is I need double that!

Thanks Deano, Kcender, thavil, my bota is very happy.....

BentonMike.....I'm sure it will, I started out thinking a 26 X 30 would work, then started looking at everything and thought a 28 X 32 would do the trick and right before I signed went with the 30 X 40, so I figure (more like hope) I got a couple of years yet before its filled LOL

Cadman....the trucks mine the camero is the wifes, I retired in July so she decided my retirement gift was to buy herself a Camero, not sure how that happened but........ (there went the Harley)

Dkazerian.....the building is 30' X 40' and it was a little more than $15,000. I found a couple of local folks to do it cheaper (within 1,000.) but warranties, materials made me choose Cleary, I was looking at Morton building as well but for a 28 X 30 they wanted darn near $20,000. I'm glad I went with Cleary, their crew did a great job, and very professional. Cleary put up only the building. The pad (40' X 50') and driveway (40' X 50') I did with my BX25 (BH and FEL was all I had, so I made it work)from cutting the pad out to laying all the limestone (2's, 57's and 411's). I wanted to put concrete in but the cost was too high, maybe within the next 3 years.

Now the next thing to work on is filling it up with toys.....tools
