New Holland TZ24DA steering wheel removal help

Need to access the fuel pump behind the cover for the steering wheel column.

This means the steering wheel needs to come off. I have removed the nut and attempted using a gear puller but wheel won't budge and afraid of breaking the wheel.

any tricks to get the steering wheel off?

Welcome to TBN!

No tips other than penetrant and a very little amount of heat on the steering shaft. Lift up on the wheel while pulling on either side to loosen. The puller is the only way.

Plus a liberal application of PBlaster where the nut was and let is sit for a couple hours.
