new holland ts125a charging system problems

battery has been load tested and is good, was testing as low alternator voltage. put in a reman alternator and still running off battery. cleaned terminals on battery and where connected to alt. also where it runs to the starter, tried wiggling connections to see if would change charging voltage but no luck. there is reallu only the positive (MAIN) feed , a groung to the alt. case then 2 small wires both connected to the middle terminal. any help would be great as we still have a lot of snow and the tourist like smooth grommed trails up here in the Copper Country.

If alt is putting out then it is not getting to the battery. You have check the positive and some ground wires. Check the main ground wire by removing the connection at the frame and clean and retighten.
There are several ground wires but the neg. cable on the battery goes straight to the frame. The next potential problem could be the voltage regulator is not functioning.
