New Holland TS110 lift raises to slow

I am moving hay rolls and noticed my lift is slow to come up. I have no switches or levers that make it faster that I can find in the manual. If the rpm is higher it works, but no faster. Do I have a flow problem in 1 cylinder or both?

Most common problem would be a QD has gone bad.
