New Holland TN90F wont move

I recently purchased a 1999 New Holland TN90F that was working fine. The tractor sat for a couple months and the battery was dead so it was charged and put back on the tractor. The tractor will not moved when put in gear now. I have not taken it to a dealer for repair yet but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before and is it something that can be easily fixed. It does have a shuttle shift.

Don't know what year they started all the electronic stuff but a guy on YouTube had a ts115a that had a bad connection on solenoid on the transmission. His wouldn't move. Corrected the bad wiring and off it went.

Any chance a mouse might have chewed a wire? This has happened to us on more than one occasion when our equipment sat for a while.
