New holland tn75 motor stops abruptly

Motor dies randomly after coming to stop with brakes as if a kill switch is used.....easily restarts though....did it also after first starting cold.....fuel related ? Have not changed fuel filter yet or touched anything on motor or wiring

Fuel problems don't usually act that way. They don't just "easily restart". It will require some cranking, possibly bleeding somewhere. It would seem to me more electrical in nature. More details about how/when/why would be helpful to understand how the brakes might be involved because there should be no connection between brakes, brake pedals, brake pedal switches and anything fuel or injection pump supply circuit related. That may be just coincidence. Possibly a wire or wire terminal connection problem somewhere?

Thanks, have seen online can happen if fuel tank is sealed too tight....and have recently lost factory cap and am using rubber pipe cap with hose clamp which is air tight.....will have to loosen and see if problem stops next time I bush hog if rain ever stops ....seems cap loss and issue starting same time...can't be sure though

Drilled 3/8 inch hole in fuel cap for air and put 1 can seafoam in tank.......after bushoging 2 different days problem seems to have stopped immediately, maybe coincidence....hope it don't return
