New Holland TN55 power shuttle filter.

I need to change the hydrolic oil filters on my TN55 tractor. I can't find the power shuttle filter element. The operator's manual shows it under the platform on the right side. I still can't find it!!

It's a screen type, washable element. About 1 1/2" round and 3" or so long, in a canister that unscrews. Your location sounds correct. NOTHING under there is easy to spot OR access unless you pull the tire and "shed a little light on it". Usually takes me a while to find it, even if I know what I'm looking for.
