3-Point Hitch New Holland TL100 3 pt hitch will not go down

I recently purchased a used TL100 cab and air with a front end loader. The 3pt hitch was slow to go down from day one, but now will not go down at all. The hitch will still go up and the loader works fine. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

Did you try backing off the rate-of-drop knob under the seat? Assuming that model has one. That's what it's there for.
