3-Point Hitch new holland tl 90 3 point hitch quit working

has anyone had trouble with 3 point hitch not working on tl90? just bought the tractor the original owner said he never had any problems with it everything worked before I brought it home. we have a 4835 that has same lift on it an never had any problems with it.

also hydraulic fluid is full it has a loader it works fine any help please thanks
