New Holland TC45DA intermittent hazard flasher on the left does not flash.

Start by cleaning contacts of all those components also check for burnt connections.

I gave up on my tc40 flashers after seeing the price of the parts.

I also think it could be a bad ground. Easy enough to test with a meter or test light.
