new holland tc33d fuel selinoid will not energize

fuel selinoid will not energize when key is turned on to start, how can i test the relays

start by checking all fuses first.. then checking key switch

Just saw this. . .

Check fuses as Soundguy suggested and then seat switch. The operator safety system works by disabling the fuel solenoid. Does the engine turn over but not start? If so, it is surely the seat switch acting up.

The wiring schematic for this tractor is in the operator's manual. might be a good place to start.

Well, how I would love it if all people could read electrical schematics as well as we can. Sometimes having a schematic is about as helpful as instructions written in Chinese. I also agree that a lot of people don't use or even know where their Op Man'l is. This problem sorta like somebody who tells you his 8N turns over, but won't start. Would either of you guys tell that person they needed to look at their schematic or would you ask a few questions to narrow the problem down? That said, it's hard to disagree that the schematic in the back of the manual would a good place to start. With this thread being the OP's 2nd post, there's a good chance that's the last we'll hear from him.:confused3: In the meantime, we can just give each other a hard time.

i'd tell a guy to check spark and fuel if his an rolled over but didn't start. BUT I'd also tell him he needs to own all the manuals...
