New Holland TC30
I’ve got an older (late 90s) TC30 that I’d like to add an additional attachment to.
I was looking to add a samurai cutter from cutthat.com to my tractor and have it powered independently from the boom/bucket controls. I’d like to feed it from the supply going to the 4-way control box mounted for the boom/bucket and use a switch to toggle a powered valve to drive the cutter.

It looks like there are 3 lines going to the control box.

I can’t find information on which line does what. Is there a in with two outs (one for when the controls are being used, and the other for when the controls aren’t?).

How do I determine which does what without a large mess of fluid spill/loss?

Thanks!

It's not complicated. the loader valve has "one IN and TWO outs" as you have determined. The power beyond OUT is the one you want. It's most likely directly opposite from the IN port, and will have what looks like an extension fitting threaded into the valve body with another fitting threaded into that with a line leading down to the diverter block on the side of the clutch housing. Often that port could be marked N or BYD. The other OUT line is the sump return.

Thank you Harry!
I’ll crawl under it today and look for those labels.

Happy Nee Year!
