I just bought this New Holland TC21 after previously owning a Ford 1210.It sure is more modern, seems easier to operate but allot like the Ford 1210 in size.It has 1250hrs,in good condition and it even starts easily now after replacing glow plugs.I am planning to install a brand new Bush Hog 1846QT loader on the TC21.It looks like I will have to make mounts for the loader,Bush Hog discontinued all their loaders, only sell Quicke loaders now.
I see that New Holland made a 7106 loader to fit the TC21 and also 1120 and 1220?Does any one have an idea if of the TC21 is a newer version of the 1120 or 1220?It would help me if the loader mount (4 hole) on side of frame is the same on 1120/1220 as TC21,and to know the width of the loader arms on 7106 loader.
I am planning to install a Ford / New Holland loader control that they used on both TC21 and 1120/1220,I got lucky and found one on Ebay,it should arrive here this week.

I have the 7106 loader on my TC18. The manual has a chart with various geometries (Max lift height, Reach at Max height, Max dump angle, Overall height in carry position, etc) for 1120/1215/1220, TC18 and TC21/TC21D. Each of the numbers in the manual for each tractor are identical. Having said that, the parts list shows different part numbers for the mid mount bracket assembly; 9600342 for the 1120 and 1220, 86587694 for the TC18 and TC21/TC21D. Front bracket assembly appears to be 86593750 regardless of which model. I can make measurements, but need to know exactly what measurements you might like for the loader arms ( i.e. inside to inside, outside to outside, at what location, etc ).

Thanks allot for your reply guyw, that info is what I was hoping to find.I seen a 7106 loader with mount that sold on the internet from a NH 1215.The mid mount looked just like another that I seen from a TC21.If your diagram shows them looking the same but having different part numbers, could be TC 18/21 and 1120/1215/1220 are not the same. From your loader specs knowing the overall height in carry position and width of the loader frame where it mounts to the tractor would help. The Bush Hog loaders and New Holland loaders both use round tube at mid mount.
I had a Massey Ferguson tractor with a Westendorf loader about this same size, with fabricated mid mount. It was just a length of box steel, same size as receiver hitch, sticking out of both sides of the tractor to support the loader frame.Westendorf (wiggledorf)uses box steel instead of round. 2017-05-02 16.29.53.jpg

Following measurements are inside to inside as currently sitting on my TC18:

Loader arms at the bucket: 37 7/8"
Loader arms at front/top (arms have plates there, making them thicker): 37 1/8"
Loader arms at tower posts: 38"

Three pages from the users manual:

Great info guyw,it looks like the Bush Hog and NH 7106 loaders are closer in size than I thought. The overall height in carry position for the NH 7106 is 46.5",the Bush Hog 1846QT is 44".You said the loader arm width at tower post for the 7106 is 38",the 1846QT is 40.5" at the bottom of the tower post at the tractor mounts. The Bush Hog should be a really good loader for the TC21,if I do a decent job fabricating the mounts. The Ford 1210 I used to own had the factory loader,it worked great,no problem when working it hard doing dirt work.
The newer NH TC21 should work better, seems more modern but still heavy duty like the Ford 1210.I remember when having to replace parts in the front axle of the 1210 that most of the parts were the same as a TC21.
I did get the factory loader valve in the mail from Ebay,it is the same one for NH1215/1220 and TC18/21 with 7106 loader, after checking with the NH dealer, the valve from Ebay will be the inexpensive part.Anything from the dealer that connects to the valve is either expensive or outrageous. The parts are still available though for the NH TC21,I will have over $500 in the valve and connections by the time I get it hooked up if I am lucky, they are nice because they are still on the tractor after removing loader.I will post pics after I get it mounted.
The valve on my Ford 1210 was built like a tank and worked great, this newer style valve should work good also,I think it is actually a Prince valve.

Just an update, went to the CNH dealer yesterday and got hosed.Hydraulic fittings for the loader valve were about $20 ea,they charged $15ea for shipping, even though I went there to pick them up.So for the 3 fittings that go to the distribution block, with tax $100.

At least at my dealer, if you order parts and want them as soon as possible, they charge for the shipping. If you can wait for them to arrive with the regular parts order for the dealership, there is no shipping charge.

Thanks for your reply guyw, that is what I thought they were going to do.I even told them when I ordered them that there is no hurry, too cold here to get much done. They said that they had them shipped from other dealers, one at a time and the ones they had are the last of them.To me turned the experience of working on their products into a bad one.
I should have remembered from when I was working on a Ford 105 tiller,CNH wanted $285 for one half of a joint on the shaft coming out of the gear box.I made the part instead of paying them.It was just a piece of pipe with flat steel welded to it with holes for bolts.
For other parts I need I for this loader I called Messiks. They said they source the parts from multiple locations, will charge me one shipping charge when they get my order together and were very helpful over the phone.BTW Messiks said the 3 fittings I need are $10ea,shipping with 6 other items I ordered will be $18 total.
