New Holland TC18
After I took off the bucket loader, I tried using the 3pt. The 3pt went down but then wont go back up. It wont go up or down. It's full of fluid, steering works and it drives fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Turn the slotted head valve spool in the diverter valve 90 degrees. The valve is located below and in front of the brake pedals.
Do not operate your tractor until this is resolved. Severe hydraulic pump damage WILL result.

What causes it to do that? Will I know if it worked with the tractor not running? Do I have to do this every time I put the loader on or take it off?

Move the valve then start the tractor and check the 3pt immediately. Depending on how the loader is connected, yes you will need to do this every time. I am making the assumption the the hydraulic system is deadheaded because the open center circuit is incomplete.

This is the diverter, I turned the slotted head counterclockwise. I have not started it up yet. 20190505_064149.jpg
