New Holland t4-85

I have a 2014 New Holland t4-85. AT certain times after rentering the tractor and moving it from park into either 1,2,3 range the gears will grind especially if it is in 4 wheel drive. If I shut 4 wheel drive off it goes right in. I have not contacted the dealer yet just curious if this is a typical thing. It only does it after the tractor has been moved then stopped.

I sell the Case IH equivilant at work (Case IH 85C). We have that problem sometimes and its just a linkage that needs adjusting. It needs to go back to the dealer for that though.
