New Holland T4.75 acts like it's stuck in creeper mode

I have a New Holland T4.75 that acts as if it is stuck in creeper mode. It will only go 3-7 mph. The stop light is on. Any ideas what to do.

A little more information would help. Creeper is on the range lever. Can you move the range lever to B¹, B² or C?
The engine stop light is on or Hand Brake light?

If the red stop light is on, I think there should be another warning light on or something displayed in the dot matrix.
