New holland crimper 404

I was wondering if anyone can give me some info on this crimper 404. Are they good? are their parts still available? are the roles rubber or steel? any info would help. thanks

404's are good machines we have one, and it def helps in the dry time on 1st cut. ours has a manual height adjustment, which can be a pain because you have to drive around the stones in some fields, a hydraulic height adjustment would be great like our old ih crimper had. ours has a steel and rubber roller. i believe you can still get parts through new holland, if not there are many equipment junkyards that may have parts. one of these days i'll get a moco and not worry so much about the crimper and the extra gas for running 2 tractors.
