New Holland 77 Baler

we have an old new holland baler with a gas engine and are looking at changing it over to a pto driven baler. It is a 77 baler, believed to be produced in the early 60's, we think lol. Has anyone ever tried to do this? We have no clue as to how to do it but would love some imput if you have any. thank you

The cheapest bet would be to find one with the pto system on it and convert it!
