1996 New Holland 4630
My 1996 New Holland (Ford) 4630 didn't come with any hydraulic controls.

I purchased a hydraulic adapter plate with the hope of adding some, but have since learned this particular tractor requires closed center load sensing (CCLS) valves. The plate apparently won't help me. At a glance, CCLS system components appear to be a bit cost-prohibitive.

None of the attachments I plan to use with this tractor will require PTO and hydraulics in-tandem, so I'm considering using a PTO hydraulic pump instead of procuring/adding the required CCLS parts. Is this a good plan? Thoughts?

Here are some pics of where I believe hydraulics would be on my 4630 had the first owner added them:

This is what I thought I'd be able to do with the adapter plate (pic is not of my tractor):

Your tractor appears to not have the engine mounted auxiliary hydraulic pump. In that case you can proceed and use an open center remote valve and/or the tapping manifold as pictured.

I didn't put together that the CCLS systems were only for tractors with the aux pump in my forum searches. Makes sense. Thanks for clarifying RickB!
