new holand/ford 1620 hydrostatic question

hi there, the tractor does not move but the 3 point and the loader work.
any ideas?

Does it make any noise or sound when you try to move ? A little more info may help .

when it broke, it was being used to scoop some dirt. the guy using it tried to go backwards after he scooped some dirt and i just stayed there. it did not make any out of the normal sounds. so it sounds good. when i push on the pedal the tractor does not move. tractor will not go forwards or backwards.
