New HLA Euro attach forks and log grapple

Made another investment into the “Euro” way. Picked up a set of HLA 5500lb 48” forks yesterday.

Removed my HLA single arm log grapple from the 3500lb skid steer set and installed it on the new HLA forks.

I think I’m going to be real happy with these on this tree clean-up job.

I recommend HLA attachments for any of you looking. They have hundreds of attachments and sizes, but most are rated pretty heavy duty.

When I purchased my Kioti I requested a set of forks; the dealer offered multiple brands, but recommended HLA.

I've been very happy with them; I mean, forks are a hard think to screw up, but none the less.

Good call. Once you try the Euro quick attach once, it's hard to go back.

Few, if any, larger farmers run skid steer, unless it’s actually ON a skid steer they own.

Ive already used it for years, but it was mounted to 3500lb skid steer forks. That’s back when i was running my wimpy Kubota M135X.
Now it’s mounted to my new 5500lb Euro forks And it’ll be so much stouter and match my Quicke Q6 loader On my heavier/stronger Challenger.

I have to chuckle at the idea that both pairs of forks I've owned were rated somewhere around 4k pounds; your new ones are rated for more, yet you had a 3500lb set before. Your machines, I imagine, at least come near that in lifting capacity- my Deere 1025R didn't weigh as much as the forks attached to it could hold.

My previous forks were really bought for my Kubota M135X, which had about a 3800lb lift capacity. Once I sold the M135X and bought the Challenger, my loader lift capacity went up to about 5500 lbs.
I used the lighter forks a few times, but knew they were overmatched.

Soon as the land clearing job came into reality, I knew I needed more serious forks.
