New here - New Holland electrical issue

I live in Wadesboro, NC. Hope someone can help me with my tractor issue. We have a New Holland, TC48DA. The yellow lights above the rear turn signals occasionally come on by themselves. I can't find any other info for troubleshooting on line so checking here with you all to see if someone has some ideas. Thanks. Wade Wallace
