Definitely looks like Rottie, but I was gonna say maybe some Pit Bull as well. only because seems like every mixed breed now is part Pit.

By chance if you want to get down to sunny NC and want to pick up a dog to boot, let me know, I have the feeling you'd be a good home
Ironic that his best "bud" is another foster dog that came in two weeks before him. They can get rough with each other at times, but they always sleep together.
I also forgot how much work a puppy can be. Yes, they are cute, but house training them is an act in futility.
We've found the better picture of the animal, the better chances of finding it a home (I do have better things to do than to take pics of a dog)

Hey Scotty, you can get him on a Plane for not too much money. We brought the German wirehaired pointer into Boston from Iowa for around 200 dollars.

I showed Kathleen, Joes pictures of the little fella and she loves him too !
Im going to get another dog but I would like to wait 2 or 3 years when I have plenty of time to devote to him !
Hope all is well with you guys up there, we are gettin hammered down here in Ct with torrential rain and wind, hoping it will stop soon for the St Paddys parade tommorrow !

I certainly understand waiting Scotty! My son got his dog and as a grand-doggie we find ourselves with him a whole bunch of the time. He demands walks daily and I am talking long in the woods walks.
Weather here this morning is really windy and heavy rains. We still have power, but one never knows for how long!
