I don't have 50 hours on my tractor yet, but I've had it for a year so I want to change the engine oil and transmission oil.

I have a Toyota FJ Cruiser and when I change the oil on that I have to replace the gasket on the oil drain plug as it's a crush type gasket. Do I need to replace the gaskets on the Kubota drain plugs or are they a permanent type gasket?

Thanks

Mine are copper, which allow a few more changes, Just watch your torquing and check for leaks.. my bx23 is an 04, no leaks so far..

They should be good for a few changes. I have a couple extras on hand just in case I see a leak, but haven't had to use them yet in four changes or so.

Cheers
