I'm glad I left Columbia before they started all that crap..
It looks like they're just looking for a reason to put u on TV.. 1 tail lite bulb burnt out when they have 2.. Come ON.
But on the other side of that same coin.. they usually get a drunk or drugs & even a gun off the streets..
I think Columbia {Richland Co.} lets more people off w/ a warning than arresting them.??
