New Disk Needs Adjusting

Just picked up a LMC 2422 HD Disk Harrow to replace OBH Disk (Old Busted Harrow). It is not setup correctly and the gangs need to be aligned as well as all bolts torqued. I saw the guys assemble one at the plant and it is not trued up, just stuck together and snugged up.

I plan on aligning the rear blades with the middles of the front blades, should give a complete cut at 8" 9".

Anybody ever have to align a disk? Would appreciate any input!

Yep. Don't fret about it. Just adjust it to your specifications.

The company does it that way to reduce shipping costs and to take up the least amount of space. That is just the way it is.
