Shave the other 14' down to match?

With no pictures and just verbal description, I would go with an apron which would also give the added advantage of keeping some dirt out of the barn.

Get out the concrete saw. If you haven't already put in expansion slots, use the same machine to cut out the section by the door and re-pour.

You can try the self levelling epoxies but if you get temperatures below freezing it will eventually spall off. Replacing the concrete is a guaranteed fix. Suffer once and then you can forget about it.

thanks for all the suggestions Going to investigate the adjustable channel suggestions and also a larger bottom seal. Also going to look at what it would take to shave the door down although that sounds like a pain to fix a small area. We have a 6 ft apron that was poured. The only uneven part just the very small area right under the seal the rest of the 1800 Sq ft is great

The above suggestion is very good advice.

If thats not going to happen get some galvanized pipe such as Comercial grade fence post or plumbing pipe. Cut it to length and get rid of any threads, then slice it from end to end. One end thin and the other end at the height you need. Drill holes to counter sink for heads on a few tap con screws to fasten to the the floor. Rounded pipe allows for easy sweeping and driving over it.

Or fasten wedge shaped spacer between the door bottom and the existing weather strip.

The simplest way would be to bush hammer out the high spots and blend to the existing concrete, then place grout over the roughened concrete to smooth the surface back up. Cement type grout would work and would be easiest to work and no messy clean up. Just make sure all areas to be grouted are roughed up to expose aggregate and also to remove any trace of the sealer. The sealer wont allow the grout to bond well if not completely removed.

He was out this afternoon didn't sound like there was anything from a concrete point that can be done It Is only an area 2ft wide by 3 inches across and falls right at the edge of the door closure everything else is level. Everything has been sealed . I wish there was something that could be done but haven't come across info
I don't buy that. A good concrete contractor would know how to fix this properly. Spend some time with a 6 foot level and Mark out the low area. Then bush hammer the low area down to exposed aggregate. Then bring the low area to proper grade with epoxy patching compound. (The kind that uses cement and silica sand - several companies make this type product )

Just wanted to post an update, drove and picked up a 5 inch rubber seal for the bottom on the garage door, took the old one which was a 2 inch that was 3.5 years old and smashed down out and installed the new one (real fun with no help LOL) and totally seals the gap. Going to go pick up some pipe insulation tomorrow to put in the hole to help the sweep maintain its form and hopefully last longer. My concrete guy graded everything out really nice on both sides so now I don't even need to buy any rock to put around the aprons. Originally was planning on having to buy some 3s to put up against the 5inch apron but got out there this evening and he had graded everything even so I was really pleased.
