New clutch will not disengage

So i have tried to change the clutch on my iseki tx 1300.
And when i put everything back together the clutch will not completly disengage. I can turn the wheels barely with the clutch pedal pressed down and in a high gear.
Tok everything apart and noticed that the pins on the clutch had been grinding on the pressure plate.
What is going on here?

And the clutch plate will only fit 1 way, so its not installed backwards.

Compare the new parts to the old parts to see if there is something different in the manufacture.
