I have a new ck20 with a fel and back hoe that was installed @ the kioti dealer.
The fel has a hard time lifting more than 300lbs and its seems like the backhoe does not have the power that the specs say it should have.I have already found a lot of loose hardware and missing pins on the tractor that was the fault of the dealer. What should I look for to solve my power issue?
Thanks Randy

The best that I can suggest, if your Back Hoe is connected to the control valve in front of the brakes, is to make sure the valve is fully open when the BH is on and fully closed when the BH is removed. (If it is open when the BH is removed you will find the inability to due just about anything.)

check this thread http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kioti-owning-operating/66822-ck20-hst-valve-bh-power.html to get a better idea of where it is located. I found it rather hard to turn so I made a tool to make life a bit easier. To make life even easier yet I added rear remotes which makes it even easier yet.

If this is a new tractor, get the dealer to come out and check it out/make it right. Did you check your hydraulic fluid level? Does the tractor move appropriately?

The fluid is fine and it moves fine, it just does not have the power it should on the fel and back hoe.

Hi
Can you post a picture of how or where your backhoe lines are connected?
If you have a yellow A-N-B lever to your right side...try changing it to the opposite position. With this setup the hoses would connect in the rear to quick couplers.
If you have the backhoe connected in the front of your right foot, you may have to change the position of the flow control valve.
A picture would let us know how the backhoe is plumbed and then we might be able to help more.
I do agree with Ed, if this is new the dealer should be right there to help.

I have a CK20 and I should have listened to my wife. She wanted me to get a bigger one and now I can't move a granite step. It is about 12 x 20 x 72 and I can only lift one end using the BH. I guess I shouldn't complain cause it probably weighs more than the CK20.
This is the best toy I've ever had!

As long as you don't keep it at that height when you are moving, higher risk of roll-over, be carefull.
