New but not new to tractors

Good evening all, I've been a long time reader and lurker and finally decided to register! I grew up on a farm and ran an AC D19 and Case SC for many years. Fast forward 20 years of city life and I'm back out in the country again. I currently have a MF 135 that is in the shop being torn down for a governor replacement. I am also in the market for a similar sized new tractor with cab and hydro transmission. Thank you to all for the unknown help you've given over the years, I hope to be able to contribute some back.

Thank you! Yes I have seen how efficiently you guys can spend others' money.... but I joined anyway. I've been shopping pretty actively for the past couple months and have quotes on quite a few tractors. I fear I have acquired analysis paralysis though. Time to step back for a bit.

Yes. that can be a fatal affliction.

Sometimes it is best to get back to basics and compare how well each would do the tasks you listed to justify the tractor purchase to start with.
