New B3030 / B series seat vs. old - with pix

After looking at the B series brochure - I think I did get the new seat with my new B3030. It looks very similar, but doesn't seem to drop off in front. I haven't noticed any comfort issues yet, but only have a couple hours on the machine.

So - I'm going to snap a few pix for y'all tonight. I'd like to request that someone who has an old seat take some pix as well. I'm going to set a small level on the seat to use as a reference to measure the "drop".

The old and new will look very simular. Its actually the same backing with differnet foam support. We just got some factory fresh B-series machines yesterday. They will be the first ones to recieve the new seat, I'll have to check and see if its on them yet.

hard to see in the picture, but the level reads level from the first indentation out from the bend to the hump at the end of the seat.

Thanks for the pix! Now that you've put a few hours in the seat, how does the seat feel to you? Any regrets?

Its not the Kubota way. They don't do hack jobs to take care of product defects [wink wink].

My BX2350 has what appears to be the same seat with a different mount and no arm rests, I made wedges to raise the front approx 1", this greatly helped, but now the back is laid back like a recliner, what little lumbar support there was, is now gone.
