New 7264

Hi all,
I'm new here but have been hangin' around for awhile.
In late Sept. I bought a new 7264 TLB. So far I just love it. I've been digging a lot of stumps. (old and new from Iasbel)
I looked a long time at all brands and thought CC would be for me. We'll see what happens.
One rather "down "note is that my dealer recently had a stroke and shut the doors...
I'm going to have to find a new dealer. ( I liked him and wished him a full recovery)

Welcome to the forum, GrayBeard (mine's gray, too, if I don't keep it shaved off /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif). Sorry to hear about your dealer and hope you have another one nearby, although I doubt you'll have a great deal of need for parts and service for a long time.

I recently bought my 7265 about the same time. Just love it. Don't forget to fill in your profile. Maybe someone in your area can give you recommendations for good dealers near by.

I've been talking to other dealers.
They said they would take care of me but didn't seem real thrilled. ( maybe just first impression ?)
Hopefully I'll not need much warranty work and I'm "handy" enough to do all the normal stuff.
Bird, I have not been "clean shaven" for about 30yrs. although It's not been gray that long,lol.

There are plenty of Cadet dealers around the country. To have a good dealer close by is an asset no doubt but there are plenty of people here that have a lot of experience buying from afar. The people here feel they have all the help they need from their good neighbors here.

Congrats on your new purchase. I have owned my Cub for almost 6 years and so far it has proved very dependable and has done everything I asked it to. Keep up the maintenance intervals and you should have many years of enjoyment. By the way, I have contacted Cub through the web on various issues (questions on maintenence, adjusting wheel width, etc.) and have found them very co-operative.
