I didn't think you were implying anything. I know for a fact the bucket is made to load soil, manure, bark dust, etc..

Before I added reinforcement to my top edge, I put a little bow in it. Now, with a 1/4" thick piece of angle iron welded across the entire length, and a Markham Welding tooth bar, I can get away with using my bucket for about anything coming to mind.

A tooth bar is on my list of wants. How well does your 2615 dig with teeth?

Congratulations on the purchase!!! I have a toothbar for my 3215. Never did get hooks on the bucket, but would like to. Great tractors.

Remember to put some angle across the top lip before installing those hooks. ;)

So I didn't have all the additional comments when the dealer had done it so I ended up with just hooks welded to the stock bucket. When delivered we actually used them to lift the box blade off the trailer. Distributed the weight between the hooks and it did fine.

I'll provide pictures sometime later this weekend, but I've got what I've got until I find someone to help me do more.

Thanks for all the terrific input. Pics to come. 3.5 hours seat time and counting :) I'm using the box blade to make a pad for a metal building on gravel...but that's a post for another thread topic.
