Hey guys,
First off, great forum, great advice....I've learned alot. Thank you to all.
After many hours of lurking, I've decided on:
JD 2305, 62C MMM, FEL, ballast box, iMatch hitch (i have a couple of rear implements planned later on), hood guard, and as mentioned...a few implements to be named later. I won't even comment on the price as you guys outside of New England seem to be able to negotiate much better deals. But I will say the difference between my high/low quotes on a 2305 is over $800.00
I went in looking at a 700 series garden tractor, with an eye on the 2305, but after research, the 2305 seems the smart choice.
I've had one dealer push REALLY tio move up to the 2320/2520 but I think it's just far too large a machine for my needs........ and another that offered info on the larger machines, but supported my choice of the 2305
I have 3.5 acres of grass, flat as a pancake, no trees. I'm guessing 80%of my time will be mowing and 20% loading/tilling/etc...
Any thoughts one way or the other from the gallery? A nod to JDFanatic for his input via a couple of emails. Wednesday is my day to place the order!
Thanks!!
