It's one of those "unmentionables". We all know it exists, but we love it nonetheless and choose not to embarass our good friends and neighbors to the South by bringing it up...especially when they are some of the most hospitable, patriotic and helpful folks around (besides, it may turn out it's not all brag, but fact!).
