never to old to learn just harder

Hi everyone so glad to have found this forum I think it will help me a lot with ,I now call my million dollar tractor, witch is right now on blocks in the garage again with hydraulics issues. I always wanted a little tractor with a loader and three point hitch nothing else, I couldn't justify buying a new one at those prices so I found a used one exactly what I wanted and fell in love with it and now can't get rid of it ,have to much invested in it and it thought me so much and kept busy so much I could right a book on it, have you ever had something like that and I don't mean a two legged one lol

When I saw the title of this thread . . . my immediate thoughts were that I can learn just as well now as I could when I was younger. The difference is that I used to be able to REMEMBER what I leaned, and now . . . I'll forget what I just learned within minutes after learning it.

I know what you mean, I still learn and like to learn but it seems my hard disk only stores what is important now and erases everything that did not leave a big impression some time ago.
