I've been in the unneighborly neighbor situation once or twice. Never thought about running em down though.

Apparently the guy being chased had an easement through his property and the guy on the tractor thinks he has a right to it.

Got some weird looking tires on that tractor. The video is not that good, but they look like high flotation..... Always interesting when neighbors don't get along. Usually never turns out pleasant.

why not, he would....the owner of the property grants an easement that allows someone use of the property, the original owner still has legal title and use.

Depending on how the easement was written, it may be revocable too.
