I have tried to be neighborly in many ways, but the folks who purchased my mothers place next door are less then what I would call, considerate.. Without going into a lot of detail, they continue to let their two big dogs do their stuff in my yard..
So with that being said, and spring coming soon..

What do ya'll suggest?

Cow or chicken manure at the borderline?

I think I need to have some on hand for a garden, and once the tender young veggies get old enough, I think I can use some chicken manure without burning them? If after all I decide to put that garden in I have been dreaming about for the last 20 years... LOL

Start bringing roadkill home and leave it on your property where they do business. Let the dogs get their fill of some nasty and roll around in it. My deer processor had a rotweiler getting into trash and making a mess. He left it an all you could eat buffet after repeated warnings. Dog came over and ate till it's eyes crossed. When it returned to it's owners it vomited deer guts from one end of their home to the other. Never came over again, I like his style.

That's what I'm talking about... could be overkill though (LOL)..)

Its in my yard and not ...say... in the woods away from my house...?

I have a dog too, but he's trained.. I could understand an occasional visit, with an assertive effort to curb the behavior.. but.. have seen none, and the attitude seems to be.. "better his than mine"

why not pick it up and sling it back into their yard.. you never know, maybe some of it may hit a car or something by accident..

I'd scoop it up with a shovel and deposit on their porch.

Why not put up a nice fence? It keeps your own dog safe and secure and makes your life easier.

Tack strips might work for a bit, or wolf urine, but what I did was copy the pa dog code and give it to my neighbor. His dog was coming down and dumping in our driveway every day. Has not happened now in over 2 years.
Here are Pennsylvania's Dog Law that pertain to your situation.

All dogs must be under control and may not be allowed to run at large. Dogs are personal property and owners are responsible for damages caused by their dogs.

or just keep reporting them to the local dog warden strays.

Deliver it back to them. Maybe place in mailbox? Or just put bag of it blocking thier drive.
