I need a Cap, Rubber, Part Number: 67426 for a Mitsubishi 2050D, this is the cap that goes on the back end of the PTO Shaft. I either need this part or a good substitute.

For a rubber cover that goes on the PTO shaft, rear of tractor. Try JD part number L12974, under $5 when I bought one last year.
