Tires Need wheel 1976 Ford 1000

I need to replace the wheel and tire on my 1976 Ford 1000 diesel tractor. The rep. at the local Brim/New Holland dealer says they're after market now and can't get 'em anymore. I know there's somebody out there that can give me a resource.....
