I'm building a hydraulic log winch to run with my NH 2120. I do not have rear hydraulics. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to hydraulics and the terminology. The hydraulics on the tractor are "open spool" from what I can gather. I do have a NH 7309 FEL. The $1500 remote kit from NH is a little salty for my tastes.
It seems that it is preferred to add 2 sets of remotes to grow into when going to the trouble of adding one.
I've read of hooking in to "power beyond" but don't really know what it means.
I don't want a rat's nest installation, but $1500 for a single set of remotes is too much based on using them maybe 10 hrs/yr. I did find an aftermarket dual set that I think would work for $718. I'm not sure if it would be a violation of the rules to post the link???
