Ok , I have a Charlene steering valve , it has 4 ports on it labeled t, p .

I also have a valve on my loader with 2 extra ports labeled t, p

And then I have a hydraulic cylinder with 2 hydraulic ports for push and pull

I ran out of .. P , port of loader valve to p , port of steering valve , out of t port of loader , to t , port of steering valve . And then 2 leftover ports on steering valve to the 2 open ports of the cylinder . When I started tractor up the cylinder went out , the steering valve automatically turned to the left and stopped , and nothing works now , does anyone know the proper route these components r supposed to be hooked together

You probably need a priority valve, which will feed the steering valve a certain amount of fluid. The T port would go to tank/return line.

The cyl ports would go to the cyl ports. Select the correct cyl ports so the cyl is pushing or pulling the steering right direction.

The pump fluid would go to the priority valve, and part of the flow would feed the steering, and the rest of the pump flow would be for the implements.

This is a priority flow valve, 4/30.

Surplus Center - 4/30 GPM PRINCE PRIORITY FLOW DIVIDER W/RELIEF

The 4 GPM would go to the steering valve, and the rest of the pump flow goes to the implements.

You could select a valve in GPM/s that will provide you with the steering speed you want.

Some steering circuits have their own pumps.

what does the valve on your loader run now? P is typically pressure and T tank or return, so if that valve has them open where does it get its supply from?

If you are talking about the steering on the L245, it has a FLOW PRIORITY VALVE
[INTEGRAL POWER STEERING.

The diagram shows two lines coming from the FLOW PRIORITY VALVE INTEGRAL POWER STEERING to the steering column.

Are you replacing the Kubota steering valve with the Char-Lynn valve?

If you go to Messinicks Kubota Parts | Full Service online retailer and enter your tractor model, and enter steering, they will send you a PDF of the steering.

Sample steering circuit.
