Here in the West, we have to rely on the gray matter between our ears.:laughing:
PS: I must be cleaning my ears too much as the gray matter seems to be getting depleated.

The circumference of your 9" disk is 28.27" (~28-17/64") and divided by 5 works out to 5.65" (~5-21/32").
Now spend a couple of bucks on a dressmaker's tape and wrap it around your disk and measure off your distances. The tapes stretch, so don't try and make them too tight. They're not super accurate; but I find them useful for measuring curved objects.

why didnt you cut 5 little pieces of angle and just place them around your plate to find your spacings?even by eying them it shouldent take long to set that up.
