Need Part for Hinomoto E260

Looking for a water pump for a Hinomoto E260 tractor. Would also like any and all information about this Hinomoto model. Can't find anything on it...

Is there an equivalent Massey model to this one?

The water pump is the only thing stopping this tractor from running the way it should.

Tractor isn't mine, it belongs to a neighbor.

Is there anybody on here who can point me in the right direction??

I don't know if this is right but after looking online it appears that the E26X models might simply be the 2 wheel drive versions of the 260x models. I can't confirm this. Seems like the few pics of E260,262,280 models I found are 2WD though...is your neighbors 2WD by chance? This is pure theory on my part but maybe a 2602 or 2604 pump will fit it? Tractor data lists the 260X models as having a Toyosha 84.82 ci/1.4L engine...what's the neighbor have?

If nothing turns up - I thought there were water pump repair shops who could fix anything, probably for a price. Bearings, seals, and hopefully the impeller should be generic or easy to duplicate for the specialists who have access to parts catalogs.

Maybe ask the local NAPA store who supplies their rebuilt water pumps??

I haven't looked for any engine numbers yet, but it's for sure a 2 wheel drive tractor. I'm gonna try and get the engine numbers tomorrow and I might even try to take a few pictures and post them on here...

Ok found the whole problem...

It's not a Hinomoto E260. I'm not even sure if there's a E260 out there! He told me completely wrong.

Anyway, he has a 2 wheel drive Hinomoto E230 tractor. He ordered the water pump from "Southern Global" in, I believe he said, Hattiesburg Mississippi. Should be in either tomorrow or the next day.
