Due to a broken PTO shaft, my L225 currently has its transmission apart. We have also discovered that the main shaft shows significant wear and should probably be replaced. Kubota now sells a "main shaft assembly" that includes some new gears and costs $1,059, way too much!! Does anyone know where I can find a used main shaft at a reasoanble price?
