3-Point Hitch Need lower fork for adjustable lift link on 2538

I've lost the lower fork on the adjustable lift link on my 2538. Does anyone know a source for a replacement? The online parts catalogs I've looked at do not have the lower fork separate, just the whole assembly for $300+! If there's no source for the fork by itself, is it possible to replace the assembly with something less expensive? The part number for the fork is 16705145200. The part number for the whole assembly is 16705145000GB. Thanks for any help.

Here's the pic from the parts manual. It's the part in red, labeled 24-01.

Seems almost impossible to lose. Must have been in a poker game.

When the backhoe is on, most of the three point links and stabilizers are removed. I thought I was saving some time by leaving the lift links attached at the top, and just letting them hang. This afternoon I took off the backhoe, and found that the fork had vibrated off. Somewhere on the property. And the backhoe has been installed for the last six weeks or more, so it could be anywhere.

Looks like a match. Hoping for a good outcome. Let this be a lesson for all of us to follow operating instructions. I bought my 3710 backhoe from a guy who had it on the same tractor as mine. He thought he would leave the lower lift arm assembly on with the backhoe installed. Some how it practically destroyed his right fender. This guy was a bull in a china shop owner. His tractor looked as if it could have been an abused rental machine, but it wasn't a rental.

Those links are generic to the 3 point. You have something like a “class 3” 3 point. And what you are looking for is an “adjustable side link”. Most tractor stores will have something that will work.
