Dealer need input from some dealers

i decided to buy a lk3054xs. i was looking at three dealers and even though the one who was closest was a little more i decided to go with him. i went in and he said he wanted to order it in with his monthly order so it would take about a week. others told me 3 to 5 days. i got my own financing and toke him the draft. that was 3 weeks ago. About 10 days ago he told me that kioti was putting in a new computer and it may take about a weekto recieve my tractor. went in today and he said that they were having lots of problems with the new computer. he says that he called them today to get an estimated arrival date but he never got a call back. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

i think this guy doesn't have the capital or credit to get my tractor and since i have a draft he is stuck. have any dealers heard about any of this or is this guy lying to me. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

From what I heard,your dealer is telling you the truth about the new computer system and its problems at Kioti.

Kioti was installing new software, but all is up and running now. They installed the new software last week. If he has a sold unit he should have no problems getting it in. As far as i have been told Kioti is back up and shipping as normal. May want to give him another call and see if he found anything out. I do know that Kioti has been very busy lately.

thanks for your input guys. its been another 10 days and he still knows nothing. he has given me numbers to reps but i cant get them to call me back. i just cant believe that the entire kioti nation has come to a complete halt. this is the tractor i want but 790's are in stock and can be here tomorrow.

OK here is the scoop. Yes they put in new computers and now they are moving to the new location and there is a problem lining up trucks. So, we go after alot of our own in fact we were going to put up a 3054 and loader tomorrow (might have been the one we talked about) but no front tires or loaders.
So we are picking up DK's and other loaders and hoes.
Yep a bad time for these changes I just hope they work overtime like I do to sell these babies.

You will have availibility in mid june.

From what I hear they have lots of tractors with no tires in stock. I also hear other CUT makers are having the same problem (getting tires that is)

yep, they (Kioti) have had some computor problems. (I'm still having computor problems) If you combine that with the move to the new facility, the wild increase in prices of steel and fuell..... Stirr all that up very well and you have what is called progress. I'm having difficultys in getting simple stuff like bolts and nuts, and washers, and filters, and steel.... Not to mention all the other brands of machines we work on... The problem is wide spread, that is to say that all the manufactures are working on it. With my recient experiance with getting "green " and "red" parts... Kioti is still far ahead of everyone else.

I can order John Deere parts through my JD dealer before 02:00 P.M. in the afternoon and have them the very next morning waiting for me at the dealer. I do not know how you could get much better service than that .
