TIG,
You sure did a nice job setting that system up. By the looks of it, those DPOCV's should be just fine. You got a tremendous deal on them by the way! I'm glad my TNT thread helped a little too, and you are certainly welcome. I'm glad you mentioned Mad because he was of tremendous help to me in most of my hydraulic additions as well. He will be sorely missed for sure.

As far as your set up, I don't see anything wrong with the steel lines. They are neat and clean. They appear to be out of the way and stick up a little, but so what? You gave yourself plenty of room between the QD's too, and they are very accessible from the rear, where you will do your hooking up ... that's good thinking. I should have spaced mine out just a tad more to work the QD's easier.

The only thing, and you already mentioned it, is that the 3pt might interfere when raised up all the way. Is there a way to raise the QD bar up a little? Or how about using the empty spaces on the left, leaving the center ones open for now? The problem I see with that is when you're merrily box blading or whatever, for hours, and then lift the implement, it would be easy to forget to stop it ... especially for an old fart like me.:) Other than that, you did a great job and your tractor will be so much joyful to use.
Thanks for sharing...

The B7100 has a little gizmo with a rod and a stopper that kicks the TPH control to neutral when the limit is reached. I just adjusted this to a safe point. I could have left it if I was carefull, but sometimes I'm not so carefull. I still need to bundle the hose a bit to tidy it up.
MadReferee was a big part of helping me keep this project going. I chuckle when I go back and read the questions I asked not so long ago. Most of it seems kind of obvious now, but the details were a bit overwhelming at the time. With the pressures and forces involved I really didn't want to guess or rely on assumptions.

Steve, nice setup.

I have just a question about your valve. I've got one that looks near on the same as yours. Looks like yours has the relief valve on the inplet section like mine too. Wondering if you had any idea how you adjust it?

Also, is that some sort of PTO convertor you have on there?

Cheers

Hello Mith,
The valve is a BM20 made by the same people who made the check valves. There is a link on page two of this thread.
Yes it has adjustable relief. I have some idea on how I would test and adjust it but for safety reasons I won't try untill I find out for sure.
There is a power beyond adapter on the output port. I purchased it seperately. It was about $20.

Steve, looks like my valve is the BM40 from the same manufacturer. If you find out anything on adjusting the relief valve I would appreciate it if you could forward it to me
Thanks

Tig;
On the very back of your grader, in the center, above the box itself, is a steel bar. I can barely make out what it's for, but it appears that you are holding the rear hinged blade up. I have done many many miles of restoring gravel driveways & was wondering what that might be & what do you use it for ?
